Dispute Resolution We seek to work with our clients from an early stage to avoid problems arising in the first place, but if a dispute does arise we aim to identify and achieve the best commercial solution for our clients through negotiation, court or arbitration proceedings, or alternative dispute resolution. We act in high profile and reported cases including: P J Pipe & Valve Company Limited v Audco India Limited [2005] EWHC 1904 QB, the leading case on the definition of a commercial agent under the Commercial Agents (Council Directives) Regulations 1993.
